The change has been approved by the Registrar of Companies and the new name updated in their records . The Registrar of Companies has issued a new certificate of incorporation with name of the company updated as “CMMC2023, Inc.” and this change is effective from 06/30/2023.
You may still receive items that only say Sunnies Insurance moving forward, but please be sure there is no change to anything other than the name.
